Lightfully is committed to improving the lives of each client we treat. Our goal is to help each client live a more balanced and meaningful life. We help them learn the skills they need to better manage their mental health disorders and symptoms through innovative treatment methodology. We use a process-based therapy (PBT) clinical model during treatment, which emphasizes the value of seeing each client as a unique person. We won’t use your diagnosis to minimize you or your life experiences. Each client is uniquely capable of personal growth.
