We’re here to help
We know that taking the first steps towards treatment can be challenging, but we’re here to help. Our admissions process is straightforward, and you’ll have one of our compassionate admissions counselors to illuminate the process every step of the way.
Lightfully was a life-changing experience! I came here at an all-time low in my life, and I’m leaving at an all-time high. I feel empowered to use all the tools I learned. Every single person here helped me on my recovery journey.
1. Reaching Out
Get connected with an admissions counselor using the link below or by calling 888.576.2808. We’ll collect some information, answer any questions you might have, and set you up with next steps.
2. Insurance Verification
With your consent, we’ll contact your insurance provider to obtain a quote of benefits. Your admissions counselor will review this information with you to ensure a clear understanding so you can make an informed decision regarding your treatment options.
You will complete an assessment with one of our masters-level clinicians right over the phone. This will help us to gain a full understanding of your needs and how we can help. Upon review, we’ll give you our clinical recommendation for your care.
Once our team has provided clinical clearance and level of care recommendation, we can begin scheduling your admission. Our admissions counselor will help you to select your admissions date, arrange travel, and get you connected with a member of our onsite team who will greet you at the door on your day of admission.
