Lightfully is committed to improving the lives of each client we treat. Our goal is to help each client live a more balanced and meaningful life. We help them learn the skills they need to better manage their mental health disorders and symptoms through innovative treatment methodology. We use a process-based therapy (PBT) clinical model during treatment, which emphasizes the value of seeing each client as a unique person. We won’t use your diagnosis to minimize you or your life experiences. Each client is uniquely capable of personal growth.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program for Adult Clients
At Lightfully Behavioral Health, we offer adult outpatient program services to our clients aged 18 and over who are struggling to independently manage their mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, personality disorders, suicidality and self-harming tendencies. We welcome clients of all genders. Our Intensive Outpatient Program is designed to administer intensive day treatment to our clients who need a higher level of support while being able to return home each night.
Spot the Lightfully Difference in Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Lightfully Behavioral Health offers our clients intensive outpatient services and evidence-based treatment via a day program in an outpatient setting. Our IOP services are for clients experiencing a variety of mental health disorders. The services include:
- One session a week with a primary therapist
- Several hours of programming per day (three to six hours)
- Several treatment sessions with family
- Treatment sessions with a psychiatrist as deemed necessary
- New treatment plans each week
- Collective treatment team meetings each month
- Treatment sessions as a group each day
