Lightfully Behavioral Health is a mental health treatment organization dedicated to bettering the lives of each client we come across. We aim to leave a positive impact on the lives of everyone who comes in contact with us, and we do so through our innovative approach to clinical treatment. Our groundbreaking clinical model is inspired by our Precision Care Model (PCM), a methodology that values recognizing each person as an individual and looking further than their diagnosis. Our team of clinicians is highly skilled and well trained, having completed our rigorous training program.

Our Day Treatment Program for Adult Clients

Lightfully offers adult clients access to our Partial Hospitalization Program, also known as our Day Treatment Program. This program is available to those aged 18 and older and to people of all genders. Clients who have entered our Day Treatment Program deal with a variety of disorders and symptoms, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, personality disorders, recurring suicidality, and self-harming tendencies. Our Day Treatment Program is designed for clients who need a higher level of support but can spend their nights independently.

Spot the Lightfully Difference in Our Day Treatment Program

The Day Treatment Program we offer at Lightfully is designed to bring structured support to each person who is in need of treatment from us. This support is provided exclusively during the day and doesn’t require overnight stays. This type of program allows our clients to receive intensive treatment and services while also returning to the comfort of their own homes each night. You can expect:

  • 5-6 days per week (Monday–Saturday)
  • 6 hours per day
  • 1 individual therapy sessions per week
  • 1 family/support session per week
  • Weekly psychiatric care and medication management
  • Weekly treatment planning
  • At least 4 clinician-led group therapy sessions daily
  • Ongoing multidisciplinary team review
