Lightfully Behavioral Health is proud to be an in-network provider for Blue Shield of California, and our evidence-based, compassionate treatment can be accessed directly through Blue Shield of California’s behavioral health authorization process as of January 1, 2026.

At Lightfully, we offer a full continuum of care to meet people where they are:
- Residential Treatment (RTC): 24-hour support in welcoming, home-like settings in Los Angeles, Thousand Oaks, and San Diego; available to all California residents.
- Partial Hospitalization (PHP): Structured, daytime care designed to help clients stabilize and build new life skills while returning home each evening. Any California resident adult can apply to stay in a provided apartment for a nominal cost during their treatment stay*.
- Intensive Outpatient (IOP): Focused therapeutic programming to help support individuals who are stepping down from PHP or who need more intensive help to integrate new skills and strategies into their daily lives.
- Virtual PHP & IOP (vPHP/vIOP): Flexible, secure, and effective virtual care for any resident of California, regardless where they live.
This full continuum of mental health care is accessible for Blue Shield of California commercial members, creating a seamless path when higher-intensity treatment is needed.
