We would like to invite you to join the Lightfully Teen TLC Series, which will be held on the 3rd Thursday of every month starting in May at 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Are you a parent, educator, school counselor, therapist, or pediatrician with a teenager in your life and need extra support? The Lightfully Teen Series is free and open to anyone who is interested in learning more about supporting teens. Topics include how to identify normal versus problematic teenage behavior, supporting your LGBTQ+ teen, and understanding difficulties such as anger, stress, identity issues, and acting out. Our Lightfully Teen TLC Series is designed to help you better understand the unique challenges facing teens today.
Our series will consist of 30-minute psychoeducational talks that cover a variety of topics related to teen mental health and well-being. Each talk will offer valuable perspectives, techniques, and materials to assist you in navigating the intricacies of adolescence and assist the teenagers in your life.
This series is led by Lightfully’s Director of Clinical Operations, Liv Harrington, LMFT, for our teen virtual IOP.
We believe that knowledge is power, and our goal is to empower you to better understand and support the teens in your life. We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming series.
