How We’ll Help You Improve Your Mental Health
We’re here to meet you where you’re at today in your mental health journey and walk with you as you progress through its phases. At our Thousand Oaks PHP/IOP location, we seek to honor the unique needs and experiences of each person. We offer several levels of care that combine a variety of evidence-based techniques, which allows us to provide individualized, holistic care to every client. The levels of care we offer encourages clients to:
- Develop healthy life management skills
- Cultivate a greater sense of autonomy
- Build an increased level of self-efficacy
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Our higher level of outpatient care we offer at our Thousand Oaks location is Lightfully’s Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), also known as Day Treatment. PHP takes place in a private, comfortable suite of outpatient offices, and provides structured, supportive care for clients in need of substantial programming during the day without overnight supervision.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our lower level of outpatient care at our Thousand Oaks location is Lightfully’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), which we also call Day Treatment Programming. This program is an effective, short-term treatment option for adults. IOP provides comprehensive evidence-based treatment programming with partial day care for clients struggling with primary mental health disorders.
