4 types of mental health treatments available for Inland Empire members through Lightfully
Everyone can struggle with their mental health at some point. That’s why we believe that everyone deserves personalized treatment designed to treat their unique symptoms. We have treatment options available for everyone struggling with mental health. Approximately 1 in 5 people have a mental health condition in the United States.Â
If you’re an Inland Empire member through Medi-Cal or Covered CA, you can benefit from every program here at Lightfully. We believe in providing you with personalized care that is as unique as you are and is tailored to meet your specific needs and symptoms.Â
We offer four mental health levels of care that are all available to Inland Empire members:
- Residential Treatment Center (RTC) — Our RTCs provide our clients with 24-hour residential care in a beautiful, supportive and relaxing home-based setting where they can fully focus on their treatment and mental health needs. We have several RTCs in the Los Angeles, Thousand Oaks and San Diego areas. Treatment in our RTCs includes three weekly individual sessions with your primary therapist, weekly family sessions, up to five group sessions with trained clinicians each day, and weekly sessions with our staff psychiatrist. You will also get a weekly individualized treatment plan and the chance to meet with your whole treatment team.Â
- Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) — Also called our Day Treatment Program, our PHP provides you with supportive and structured care during the day while you can return to your home each evening. This provides you with similar services and treatment as our Residential Treatment, but you have the chance to practice the skills you’re learning too. Our PHPs offer two individual sessions with your primary therapist weekly, six to seven hours of programming daily, weekly family sessions, a weekly session with our staff psychiatrist, an individualized treatment plan for the week, and a meeting with your whole treatment team every other week.Â
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) — Our clients who are struggling with a primary mental health psychiatric disorder can receive partial day treatment with our IOP. Our IOP includes a weekly session with your primary therapist, three to six hours of daily programming, ongoing family therapy, weekly individualized treatment plans, daily group sessions, and a monthly meeting with your whole treatment team.Â
- Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (vIOP) — We strive to broaden access to mental health care with our flexible treatment with our vIOP. We believe quality mental health care treatment should be accessible on your schedule in person or online. Our vIOP helps our clients receive treatment that meets their needs and fits into their schedules. It can be the careful balance of support and autonomy for those transitioning from higher levels of care need, or it can be the welcoming and supportive environment with peer support for those first venturing into therapy. Our vIOP includes joining a small group of 10 clients or fewer with daily group sessions, a weekly individual session with your primary therapist, three to six hours of daily programming, ongoing family therapy, a weekly individualized treatment plan, and a monthly meeting with your whole treatment team.Â
Lightfully’s unique approach to personalized treatment can help you reach your mental health well-being goals
At Lightfully, we see more than your diagnosis or symptoms. We believe in seeing you as the unique person you are and treating the symptoms you’re experiencing. That’s why our clinical model, called the Precision Care Model, is at the very heart of every level of our treatment programs.Â
The Precision Care Model is our personalized approach to treatment for mental health disorders. It allows us to provide you with individualized and whole-person-centered care. PCM uses components from evidence-based interventions from a variety of proven techniques to create an integrated approach designed around your mental health struggles. This integrated approach helps us address the four core processes that are the drivers behind every mental health disorder:
- Difficulty with emotions
- Difficulty with thoughts
- Difficulty with behaviors
- Difficulty with relationships
We are one of the only behavioral health clinical treatment providers to use the Precision Care Model to create the most personalized care for our clients.Â
