Clodagh Rafferty
Chief Operating Officer

Clodagh has worked in healthcare for the last 14 years and is passionate about expanding access to treatment for those living with mental health disorders.  She believes that team culture is the most important factor in the delivery of quality care.  To do good in the world – to be creative, to innovate, to shake up the status quo – we need to build a community that celebrates vulnerability, diversity, belonging, and wellbeing.  Helping shape such a community is her greatest professional responsibility.

Clodagh holds an MBA from the UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and earned her undergraduate degree in liberal arts from Vassar College.  She lives in San Diego, where she enjoys all the outdoorsy things – hiking, running, kayaking, yoga, bonfires, tacos, and more.
