Located just across Fremont Street from TrioSpa, our San Jose teen mental health treatment location offers effective outpatient programming for teens of all genders ages 12 to 17.
The treatments we offer here are customized for teens using our process-based therapy clinical model, and they’re delivered by licensed clinicians and Client Care Techs — both of whom are extensively trained to effectively and compassionately work with and support the needs of teen clients. At our San Jose PHP/IOP location, we seek to honor the unique needs and experiences of each teen. We create treatment plans that combine a variety of evidence-based techniques, which allows us to provide individualized, holistic treatment to every client. Our Levels of Care
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
The higher level of outpatient care offered at our San Jose location is Lightfully’s Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), also known as Day Treatment. PHP takes place in a private, comfortable suite of outpatient offices, and provides structured, supportive care for teen clients in need of substantial programming during the day without overnight supervision.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
The lower level of outpatient care at our San Jose location is Lightfully’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), which we also refer to as Day Treatment Programming. This program is an effective, short-term treatment option for teens. IOP provides comprehensive evidence-based treatment programming with partial day care for teen clients struggling with primary mental health disorders.
